Demand Avoidance and Adolescence
New mini-course released: 50% off all mini-courses for and about teenagers for the launch weekend
Adolescence is a time of vulnerability. It’s when some young people start to experience really distressing emotions, and the stakes seem much higher than when they were younger. Parents start to panic about their future, and teenagers themselves can start to sink into despair. Things aren’t easy now, and it can seem like they will never improve. This can be particularly true for autistic and demand avoidant young people.
Demand avoidance is hard. Being a teenager is hard. Put the two together and it can seem unimaginably hard. Teenagers are pulled in several directions – and so are their parents.
For this reason, I’m gradually building up more recorded courses about adolescents. Some of those are for teenagers, whilst other are for their parents. So far they cover burnout, anxiety and demand avoidance. A new one is out this weekend and to celebrate we have a launch event – 50% off all courses about or for teenagers. Just until Sunday. Please share.
