Dr Alison Flynn is a clinical psychologist who works as an NHS neurodevelopmental pathway lead. In this interview, she explains some of the pressures in the NHS, and how she thinks we are focusing on the neuro and perhaps neglecting the developmental aspects of neurodevelopment.
