There is a new fad every week in behaviour. Tolerances are so vastly different that adults who work with "behaviour" have forgotten the scientific mechanisms behind kids actions. They take actions of 6-year-olds so personally rather than analysing what they are doing and how its being reinforced.
Oh the irony that on his website he says he wants “to make teachers research-literate and pseudo-science proof”!
